DRAMA FOR CONFIDENCE AND CREATIVITY
In this workshop, instructor Emily Morrison blends her interests in drama, storytelling, yoga, and mindfulness in this course for children ages 6 9. Classes will begin with guided visualizations that will then become dramatic yoga adventures, designed by the children themselves. After short guided meditations, the children will be ready to stretch their bodies and their imaginations through creative renderings of favorite myths and folk tales. Core themes of the course include community, peaceful communication, and the power of creativity. Hours: Thursdays, 5-6 pm, Sept 20-Nov 15
